Munich, July 2012: To better support its clients and tackle the special challenges of the pharmaceuticals and chemicals industry, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants is stepping up its consulting activities in this sector in North America
"The international pharmaceuticals and chemicals industry has reached a turning point: it is now facing major challenges on mature markets and needs to tap new growth segments," says Martin Erharter, Head of the Pharma & Chemicals Competence Center at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. "As a global strategy consultancy, we want to help the industry find new ways to be successful."
To do so, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants is expanding its presence in the pharmaceuticals and chemical segment in the global core markets – especially in North America. Effective immediately, around 20 Berger experts are working out of Boston to support international clients on all strategy issues: from setting up traditional efficiency improvement actions and developing new market strategies to tapping promising business segments.
