Summer Initiatives Set the Agenda for Future Aspirations

As part of the organizational design review, the team is also focusing on the alignment of the business segments’ expectations with the services being provided by the corporate M&S departments, examining the business processes currently in use as well as looking at service levels. In addition, we have brought in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, external experts in addressing headquarters organization, change management and shared services, to support our internal team in analyzing the corporate situation and shaping the right management concept.

The result of this organizational review will consider the complexity of the change process, and set a clear goal to mobilize the entire company toward its achievement. Only then can we ensure that we have the best resources in place to move forward as one organization.
