Dr. Martin Eisenhut, born in 1963 in Germany, was elected by the Partners of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants to the company's Supervisory Board in September 2013.
Martin Eisenhut studied computer science at the University of Passau. After graduation, he went with Dr. Horst Wildemann to the Technical University of Munich, where he earned his doctorate in business administration in 1995. The following year Martin began his career with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the company's Engineered Products Competence Center, ultimately rising to Associate Partner and member of the management team. In 2002 he became Managing Partner at Deloitte Consulting, where he was head of the Munich office as well as the company's strategy practice in Germany. Two years later he joined Oliver Wyman, where he spent nearly five years as the Director of Turnaround & Performance Improvement. Martin returned to Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2008, where he is now Head of the Engineered Products & High Tech Competence Center. In this role, he is responsible for the consultancy's industrial business around the globe.
Martin has been in strategy consulting for more than 18 years. His clients are found mostly in the manufacturing industry, where he has supported projects in the engineered products, automation, aerospace & defense, automotive supply and microelectronics sectors. His specialties include corporate strategy, organization and management, business process optimization, restructuring & performance improvement, post-merger integration/M&A/due diligence as well as management & monitoring systems.
Martin Eisenhut lives with his wife and two children in Munich.
