How do I apply?
Go to your School career website and follow instructions. To avoid duplication you do not need to also send your CV directly to HR, unless you are not able to apply through the Career Services Website.
What if I am interested in applying to an International office? What is the interview process?
You can send your resume directly to the recruiting contact in that office. Information can be found on the Roland Berger website: Careers @ Roland Berger.com First round interviews will be managed by the North America office team.
Do I need to list a specialization or specific industry preference?
No, you will start as a Generalist and then will determine your area of specialization unless you are considered an experienced hire.
Which offices are hiring?
We are currently hiring only for the Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Bloomfield Hills (Detroit), MI offices.
