Interview Process Overview
The Roland Berger consultant interview process consists of two rounds of interviews. We conduct the first interview on-campus as scheduled by the career management centers of the schools at which we recruit. The second round interview is conducted in one of our offices, usually a few days to a week after the first round.
1st Round Interviews
- The first round interview is a single 45-60 minute interview. This interview will include a fit portion and a case. The interview may be conducted by one or two Roland Berger consultants.
2nd Round Interviews
- The second round interview consists of three distinct sections. Each candidate will participate in a ~45 minute fit interview, a ~45 minute business knowledge interview and a final case that includes a presentation. The second round interviews will be conducted by consultants, including members of the management team.
