Vijay Sarathy joins as Partner at the Chemicals & Oil Competence Center of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He has more than 15 years' consulting experience in the chemical industry, having worked for two leading firms in this sector. He mainly focuses his consulting activities on corporate and business unit strategy, mergers & acquisitions, organization design and cultural transformation.
After completing his Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering at Anna University (India) and his MBA in Marketing and Finance at the Indian Institute of Management (India), Vijay Sarathy held several executive positions in the Chemical industry in Asia before starting his consulting career.
