Gillian Morris
Principal
Gillian S. Morris is a Principal at the North American operations of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and is part of the energy and chemicals management team.
With nearly 20 years of consulting experience, she has helped clients on strategic issues such as corporate and business unit strategy, product/market entry growth strategy, and M&A. Gillian has deep industry knowledge in specialty chemicals, including synthetic latex polymers, biocides, water treatment chemicals, agchemicals, and specialty ingredients for nutrition, pharma, and consumer and industrial cleaning products. She is a recognized global expert in ingredients for personal care.
Gillian is a frequent contributor to leading chemical industry publications and is a frequent speaker at global conferences and industry events.
She joined Roland Berger from Kline & Company, where she headed up the chemicals and materials consulting practice. Prior to Kline, she worked for Sun Chemical's inks business.
She holds a BSc Honors degree in chemistry from Durham University, UK.
