Roland Berger North America actively supports staff pursuing their own community interests and passions. Our people are involved in the community, participating in volunteering days, workplace giving, and charitable fundraising. Some staff run marathons, others explain their knowledge of banking and credit into terms that disadvantaged youth can understand. Some prefer to work behind the scenes, helping not-for-profit organizations organize events.
Collectively we also pitch in and partner with social impact organizations. One example of this is when we adopt families as part of the Lighthouse Holiday Program in Oakland County to make Christmas a little easier for struggling families by buying presents. Another is when we help out in food distribution centers. We also help non-profits deal with strategic, operational and financial challenges so they can do more to help more people and communities in need.
"I believe corporate responsibility makes good business sense. As strategy consultants, our survival hinges on positively impacting our people, clients and communities, helping them achieve their full potential. This company is committed to building a strong future – for our clients, our staff and the communities in which we live and operate."
